Every time we order take out and try something new to us, it gets better and better. The cooking flavors are genuine, not a standard thing, so every dish has its own character. Last night we had the Hunan Fired Noodle house specialty and it was delicious! We don't go anywhere else in town. Yum!

The Miso soup is like water with seaweed. No flavor, barely even clouds uo when stirred. The pancakes for the Mu Shu have been changed, they are awful! They are like tortillas, not rice flour pancakes, thick and hard and too large, just awful. The crab rangoon was good, the rice was fine.

My husband and I placed an order for delivery today. The food arrived more quickly than expected and was hot. The Pork Lo Mein was the best we have ever tried. The egg rolls were crispy just the way I like them and the egg drop soup was splendid. In addition, there was enough food to feed three or four more people. Thank you for a lovely meal.

What about giving local discounts or coupons? We like to eat here but it's a little expensive. Restaurant could use some re-decorating, but all in all it's good.

My husband and I crack up at how ridiculously fast the delivery service is from this place! We both love Chinese and eat it at least 2-3 times a week if we are super busy. When we called for delivery the very first time, we were a little worried (and grossed out, honestly) that the food literally came in like 11 minutes from the time I hung up my phone to the person knocking on our door delivering the food. 11 minutes!!! HOW is that possible?! LOL We live in old town, but on the side of White closer to New Town and we are only one turn off Truman and then the first turn onto Virginia. So we are close...but not THAT close! Anyway....what we received was HOT HOT HOT-- right out of the wok, and Deee-licious!! It really was. We haven't ordered from anyone else since then and it's been a few years now. I'm from North NJ and my Husband is from NY-Queens, so we grew up on ridiculously great Chinese food. We were both impressed with our meals and the fast delivery and the super nice people who help us, and now the ability to order online...fantstic! I give Hong Kong the most stars!! (I"m not sure if it's 5 or 10...so heck, I'm going to give them 15! LOL) That sounded super dumb, didn't it? Any-who...this is my comment...and I recommend you try Hong Kong Restaurant.

I have been ordering here for over 10 years. In the last 2 years, the food has gone way down hill. Sushi is NOT as fresh, spicy tuna handroll is so skimpy and small now, compared to a year ago. I ordered lunch for me and my daugher today 6/27/14 and it was not edible. Sushi fish had amonia smell, hot and sour soup was rancid and spicy tuna hand roll was barely 1/4 full - it as all seaweed and no tune or rice with a coulple of cucumber sticks. Futo maki was not fresh. I will not be ordering my sushi or any thing else here again. Hong Kong just lost a long time customer today and I am sure that I am NOT the only one.

Im giving it a 5, not because its a blow you out of the water place but because as far as Chinese food on the island goes I think its the best.Its not as cheap as the $9 buffets in the Carolinas and the food isnt as tasty as the places in NY I grew up with but we have been here for two years and its our favorite Chinese place.You can order online and skip having to call and food is usually at my door within 20mins with delivery being free. Portions are big and the combination dinner is always enough for two meals.I think the negative reviews arent being realistic for Key West being an isolated expensive little island and people having their expectations too high.All in all they are open to 1030 and the food is good for the price.

It is what it is: cheap Chinese. For prices on par with mainland Panda Express, you get more generous portions and a tad more grease. Great for hangovers and veg days as they do deliver (even on the military base/annexes). Which is good enough for me.A couple of tips:The orange chicken is sweeter than at most places.The beef with veggies entree is better than most places.The portions are generous ($8 delivery minimum (:)Egg drop soup is nice and brothy.

i love the food. its so hard to find a place that makes really good lo mein. the amount of food for the money is spot on. just wish they were an all you can eat buffet b/c its easier to feed the kids that way lol. highly recommend them for chinese take out!
